My ambition has always been to educate the leaders of tomorrow with passion & dedication. With over five years of experience in education, I have a huge heart for teaching & compassion for providing the best learning to students as future leaders.

My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning. I believe in using various teaching methods and strategies to meet my student’s diverse needs and help them achieve their full potential.

I have worked with students of all ages, levels, & backgrounds, from young learners to professionals. Each valuable experience has taught me to be humble & pursue my goal of teaching and becoming a future leader. Hence, I pursued my Masterโ€™s in Education, majoring in administration and supervision, because I believe that teaching our learners to become future leaders needs real leaders, too. Iโ€™m ecstatic to impart learning, explore new experiences, and be part of the best change here at LCIC.

Also, as one of the pioneers here in LCIC with experience as project management staff, student credit evaluator, ESL instructor, and now an assistant academic coordinator, these roles and the leaders I work with have inspired me to flourish and embrace the integral aspects gained through my experiences.

As an educator, I am also committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in education. Iโ€™ve been attending several webinars at the British Council, Cambridge, Oxford University, and other Universities in the Philippines.

Even if I have a lot on my plate, I strike an imperative balance as an educator, a mother, and a learner. Iโ€™ve always handled my hurdles pragmatically and ought to know my priorities. Iโ€™ve always shown myself as pleasant and vivacious because I love inspiring and motivating others. As teachers, we must always wear our positive side, and thatโ€™s the only thing I can give without payment and make someone else smile.

During my pastime, I usually watch videos or read posts on my favorite online pages on IG, such as Journal, Library Mindset, Achievers Empire, Business Magnets, Motivational Accounts, Rapid Revenues, and other online English initiative hubs. Aside from that, Iโ€™m also into music, singing, and composing my lyric version of a song. I love spending my short time with all those things because it empowers me both personally and professionally. It also helps me realize how precious and gracious my life is, and Iโ€™m so grateful for it.
