My passion for English has led me through unexpected journeys, opening doors to numerous opportunities I once only dreamed of.
Before moving to this position, I gained valuable experience in publishing consultancy, assisting authors worldwide. From working closely with authors, I bring a profound understanding of literature, diversity, the power of storytelling, and the English language. This has honed my speaking and communication skills, particularly with individuals from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds. Hence, I am relatively new to the field of teaching. However, I have spent my college years volunteering as a teacher for charity organizations and church outreach programs.
Although I may not yet have profound teaching experience, I have been well-trained by Cebu Normal University for years. Additionally, English has been my bread and butter, and I am eager to leverage my unique skills to impact students’ lives. For them to appreciate knowledge from both a critical and creative perspective. Soon enough, I’ll be starting my master’s degree to strengthen my capabilities further.
LCIC is precisely what I envisioned: innovative teaching methods, a supportive environment, & a philosophy beyond textbooks, exams, and grades. I still canโt believe Iโm here, where teaching truly comes to life.
Outside my professional life, I lead a creative team crafting handmade bouquets and unique gifts to solve people’s gifting dilemmas. When not immersed in crafting or teaching, I delve into influential self-help books, particularly those by Robert Greene or Napoleon Hill. Beyond reading and crafting, you’ll often find me actively engaged in social media, where I sell products and services out of a passion for entrepreneurship. My friends affectionately call me a busy person for a good reason – I thrive on constant activity and continuous learning.
