LCIC is a new educational institution founded in 2021, catering to both local & international students. Local students are accepted under three initial program offerings: Tourism Management (BS), Physical Therapy (BS), Foreign Language (BA), & Civil Engineering (BS) with many granted scholarship programs via the Astro Foundation. Japanese Language study, provided by native Japanese teachers through the JLCC (Japan Language & Culture Center) also plays a significant role in the local curriculum.
Moreover, LCIC welcomes international students from across Asia. Many from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Macau, Vietnam, & China to study English through various language courses, offered by the Center for English Language Studies (CELS). Students can study for a minimum of 4 weeks, utilizing a range of English courses offered on monthly modular programs or have the option of studying for a semester-long 18 weeks.
